The United Way of Toronto supports a network of health and social service organizations across Toronto that improve peoples' lives, create stronger neighbourhoods and address systemic issues.

Ontario Trillium Foundation
The Ontario Trillium Foundation, one of Canada’s leading grantmaking foundations, is an agency of the Government of Ontario, and gives grants for community-based initiatives.
TransCare Community Support Services recently received a $90,700 grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation's Community Capital Fund to help renovate an old space and to update our heating/cooling systems, and computer systems to enhance our capacity to deliver home and community support services to seniors in our community. TransCare expresses our sincere gratitude to the Ontario Trillium Foundation for their continuous support in demonstrating to the seniors that our community cares.
